J’aimerais poser une question, car au-delà du désastre d’avoir un ministre écologiste totalement irresponsable et sûr d’aucune de ses actions, la Commission européenne n’a montré que peu d’intérêt pour le contrôle car nous avons reçu les fonds en 2000-2006 et les programmes opérationnels régionaux de Campanie ont clairement été mis en œuvre sans que le comité de contrôle effectue pleinement sa tâche, autrement il aurait bloqué les fonds qui n’avaient pas d’incidence effective dans la région.
