Borg comprend certainement bien mieux que moi que nous devons tenter d’aider Malte, probablement en amendant le règlement Dublin II, et non en appelant à la rescousse des équipes d’intervention rapide qui auront des difficultés à intervenir dans cette zone maritime et à dire si elles se trouvent dans les eaux italiennes ou maltaises.
Mr Borg certainly realises better than I do that we ought to try and help Malta, probably by amending the Dublin II regulation, and not by calling for rapid intervention teams that will find it difficult to intervene in that sea area and to tell whether they are in Italian or Maltese waters.
