Parliamentary Secretary to the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons and the hon. members for Montmorency Charlevoix Haute-Côte-Nord, New Westminster Coquitlam, Montmagny L'Islet Kamouraska Rivière-du-Loup, and Mississauga South for their contributions.
