La commission du marché intérieur a procédé à des modifications pertinentes au niveau tant du champ d’application de la directive que des droits des travailleurs, et je pense que les amendements déposés par le groupe socialiste au Parlement européen et le groupe du parti populaire européen (démocrates-chrétiens) et démocrates européens améliorent encore le texte de la directive, abordent certains problèmes liés au pays d’origine et créent les conditions indispensables à un large consentement social et parlementaire.
