ABB reconnaît franchement (dans sa réponse à la demande au titre de l'article 11, p. 23) qu'elle considérait comme une priorité de parvenir avec Løgstør à «un accord stratégique» aux termes duquel Løgstør aurait retiré du marché cette nouvelle conduite; à défaut, la meilleure solution aurait alors été de chercher à obtenir l'accès à la technologie de Løgstør.
ABB frankly admits (Article 11 Reply, p. 23) that it regarded it as a priority to reach a 'strategic agreement` with Løgstør which would involve Løgstør's withdrawing the new pipe from the market, with the next-best alternative being for it to negotiate access to Løgstør's technology.
