40. estime que, lors de la négociation d'accords bilatéraux de libre-échange, il y a lieu d'accorder l'attention qui convient aux chapitres sur la propriété intellectuelle et les parties à la négociation devraient reconnaître que la liberté d'entreprise doit tenir compte du respect des DPI et de la conformité avec les cadres juridiques; se félicite que la Commission ait jusqu'à présent réussi à inclure la protection et le respect des DPI dans les accords bilatéraux de libre-échange;
40. Considers that, in negotiations for bilateral free trade agreements, appropriate attention should be given to chapters on intellectual property, and that the negotiating parties should recognise that the right to conduct business should take into account respect for IPR and compliance with existing legal frameworks; welcomes the Commission’s work so far in successfully integrating chapters on IP protection and enforcement in bilateral free trade agreements;
