On the question of transparency and, in particular, communication with the Parliament, both, the Commissioner in charge of Development and Cooperation, and the one in charge of Trade, have been active during the last year to answer questions and to report on the status of negotiations. Documents regarding the negotiations have been posted on the Directorate General Trade website. Finally, the joint ACP-Commission report on the first phase will be available as soon as agreed, probably beginning of October.
