Il faut faire preuve de respect et comprendre qu'un sénateur ne devrait pas avoir à dévoiler toutes ses cartes, mais l'avis doit contenir au moins assez d'information pour indiquer aux sénateurs qui voudraient intervenir dans le débat, s'il faut faire des recherches, si la violation du privilège découlait d'un article de journal qui a paru aujourd'hui, d'un fait qui s'est produit dans un comité sénatorial ce matin, des délibérations du Sénat d'hier ou quoi que ce soit d'autre.
One must be respectful and understand that any individual senator should not have to give his or her entire hand away, but there should be at least enough information in the notice to direct senators who may want to speak to it to know where to go and look, whether the breach of privilege was in a newspaper article of today or in a Senate committee this morning or in the proceedings of the Senate yesterday or wherever.
