On the basis of the changes to the scheme and the additional evidence submitted by the United Kingdom, the Commission is satisfied that the United Kingdom would apply a truly selective cultural test ensuring that aid is granted only for the promotion of culture in line with Article 107(3)(d) of the Treaty.
