Les États membres qui décident d'appliquer le soutien couplé facultatif prévu au titre IV du présent règlement peuvent prendre en compte les différences entre le niveau de soutien octroyé pendant l'année civile 2014 et le niveau de soutien à octroyer conformément au titre IV du présent règlement lorsqu'ils appliquent une méthode de calcul prévue au présent article, pour autant que:
Member States which decide to apply the voluntary coupled support pursuant to Title IV of this Regulation may take into account the differences between the level of support granted in calendar year 2014 and the level of support to be granted in accordance with Title IV of this Regulation when applying a calculation method provided for in this Article, provided that:

le soutien couplé facultatif prévu au titre IV du présent règlement est octroyé à un secteur qui a bénéficié d'un soutien pendant l'année civile 2014 en vertu de l'article 52, de l'article 53, paragraphe 1, et de l'article 68, paragraphe 1, points a) et b), et, pour les États membres qui ont appliqué le régime de paiement unique à la surface, en vertu de l'article 68, paragraphe 1, point c), et des articles 126, 127 et 129 du règlement (CE) no 73/2009; et
the voluntary coupled support pursuant to Title IV of this Regulation is granted to a sector which was granted support in calendar year 2014 pursuant to Article 52, Article 53(1) and points (a) and (b) of Article 68(1) and, for Member States which applied the single area payment scheme, pursuant to point (c) of Article 68(1) and Articles 126, 127 and 129 of Regulation (EC) No 73/2009; and

6. Aux fins des méthodes de calcul prévues au présent article, les États membres peuvent également prendre en compte le soutien octroyé pour l'année civile 2014 au titre d'un ou de plusieurs régimes en vertu de l'article 52, de l'article 53, paragraphe 1, et de l'article 68, paragraphe 1, points a) et b), du règlement (CE) no 73/2009, pour autant que les secteurs concernés ne reçoivent aucun soutien couplé facultatif en vertu du titre IV du présent règlement,, et en ce qui concerne les États membres qui ont appliqué le régime de paiement unique à la surface conformément au règlement (CE) no 73/2009, en vertu de l'article 68, paragraphe 1, point c), et des articles 126, 127 et 129 dudit règlement.
6. For the purposes of calculation methods provided for in this Article, provided that the relevant sectors do not receive any voluntary coupled support pursuant to Title IV of this Regulation, Member States may also take into account the support granted for calendar year 2014 under one or more of the schemes pursuant to Article 52, Article 53(1) and points (a) and (b) of Article 68(1) of Regulation (EC) No 73/2009 and, as regards Member States which applied the single area payment scheme in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 73/2009, pursuant to point (c) of Article 68(1) and Articles 126, 127 and 129 of that Regulation.

‘animal aid scheme’ means a voluntary coupled support measure provided for in Chapter 1 of Title IV of Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013 where the annual payment to be granted within defined quantitative limits is based on a fixed number of animals.

«demande d’aide liée aux animaux», toute demande de paiement d’une aide dans le cas où le paiement annuel à accorder dans des limites quantitatives définies se fonde sur un nombre fixe d’animaux dans le cadre du soutien couplé facultatif prévu au titre IV, chapitre 1, du règlement (UE) no 1307/2013.
‘livestock aid application’ means the applications for the payment of aid where the annual payment to be granted within defined quantitative limits is based on a fixed number of animals under the voluntary coupled support provided for in Chapter 1 of Title IV of Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013.
