D. considérant que la contribution maximale apportée par l'Union européenne à l'entreprise commune s'élève à 1 000 000 000 EUR pour dix ans, à imputer au budget affecté au septième programme-cadre de recherche; que les membres fondateurs contribuent à parts égales aux frais d'exploitation, chacun à hauteur de 4 % maximum de la contribution totale de l'Union européenne, et qu'ils participent également aux activités de recherche par des contributions en nature au moins égales à la contribution financière de l'Union;
D. whereas the maximum contribution for the period of 10 years from the Union to the Joint Undertaking is EUR 1 000 000 000, to be paid from the budget of the Seventh Research Framework Programme and the founding members are to contribute equally to the running costs, each with an amount not exceeding 4 % of the total Union contribution and to the research activities with in-kind contributions at least equal to the financial contribution of the Union,
