André Bachand (Richmond—Arthabaska, PC): Monsieur le Président, le premier ministre peut-il expliquer à cette Chambre quel est le lien entre les circonstances nébuleuses du prêt à l'Auberge Grand-Mère, un dossier qu'il connaît très bien, et le fait qu'il y ait eu trois présidents, en l'espace de 18 mois, à la tête de la Banque de développement du Canada, une situation qu'il connaît sûrement très bien également?
Mr. André Bachand (Richmond—Arthabaska, PC): Mr. Speaker, could the Prime Minister explain to this House the link between the suspicious circumstances surrounding the loan to Auberge Grand-Mère, an issue with which he is very familiar, and the fact that the Federal Business Development Bank has had three different chairmen over an 18 month period, which is also something the Prime Minister is well aware of?
