Si nous devons avoir une révision, alors faisons les choses comme il se doit, je veux dire par là qu’il ne s’agit pas seulement d’une discussion concernant les dépenses et sur le fait de savoir si elles peuvent être justifiées, mais je pense que nous devrions également débattre pour savoir si les revenus envisagés pour l’UE jusqu’en 2013 sont des revenus réalisables et si ce sont des revenus dont nous pouvons être certains.
