La décision de ce jour fait suite à une enquête approfondie de la Commission sur le projet de rachat, par lequel HeidelbergCement et Schwenk, deux sociétés de ciment allemandes, acquerraient des actifs de Cemex en Croatie par l'intermédiaire de leur entreprise commune Duna Dráva Cement (DDC).
