(2) Any claim, notice or written appeal which, under the laws of one Contracting State, must have been filed within a prescribed period with the agency of that Contracting State, but which is instead filed within the same prescribed period with the agency of the other Contracting State, shall be considered to be filed on time and shall be forthwith transmitted to the agency of the first Contracting State.

(j) notwithstanding anything in this subsection, in respect of any period described in clause 6(1)(b)(iii)(K), an amount equal to the amount that he would have been required to pay if, not having been a contributor under Part I of the Superannuation Act immediately prior to January 1, 1954, he had elected under this Part, within the time prescribed for the making of the election, to pay for that period, and if during that period the rate of salary authorized to be paid to him had been equal to the rate of salary so authorized at the time when he made the election, together with interest; and

Immediately upon being concurred in at the report stage, the said Bill shall be considered at the third reading stage wherein debate shall be limited to no more than forty minutes; 4. At the end of the time periods described in this Order, the Speaker or the Chair of the Committee of the Whole, as the case may be, shall interrupt debate and forthwith put all questions necessary to dispose of the stage then under consideration; 5.
