He is a Toronto senator, as am I, and I wonder whether he might use his influence with some of his Conservative colleagues on Toronto city council — I think the Ford brothers are probably a lost cause — to oppose the casino in that city, which would have the same devastating effects that the honourable senator talked about with regard to this bill.
