Lorsque la concordance entre le produit et sa désignation dans la nomenclature des restitutions à l’exportation n’apparaît pas au contrôle visuel du produit et que son classement ou sa qualité exige une connaissance très exacte des composants, le bureau de douane d’exportation doit vérifier cette désignation selon la nature du produit.

In cases where a visual check fails to establish that the products correspond to the description given in the export refunds nomenclature, and where classification or the quality of the products requires very precise information about the ingredients thereof, the customs office of export shall verify that description according to the nature of the product.
