Si la Commission constate, après un examen préliminaire, que la mesure notifiée, pour autant qu'elle entre dans le champ de l'article 107, paragraphe 1, du TFUE, ne suscite pas de doutes quant à sa compatibilité avec le marché intérieur, elle décide que cette mesure est compatible avec le marché intérieur (ci-après dénommée «décision de ne pas soulever d'objections»).

Where the Commission, after a preliminary examination, finds that no doubts are raised as to the compatibility with the internal market of a notified measure, in so far as it falls within the scope of Article 107(1) TFEU, it shall decide that the measure is compatible with the internal market (‘decision not to raise objections’).
