A proposal should be ready by mid-1986 (1) COM(85)500 - 2 - - to promote the use of space, the existing Community action in the field of Remote Sensing could appropriately be reinforced and expanded, and proposals to that effect be put forward in 1986, - the state of the art in marine science and technology is being examined by the Commission with a view to identifying the need for RD. En vue de contribuer à l'élévation du niveau des qualifications en Europe et à la création d'une véritable Europe des chercheurs, la stimulation de la formation et de la mobilité des chercheurs dans la Communauté par le développement d'un système communautaire de bourses et la création de réseaux sera poursuivie.
To help raise the level of skills and qualifications in Europe and establish a genuine Researchers' Europe, further action will be taken to stimulate the training and mobility of researchers in the Community through the development of a Community system of bursaries and the establishment of networks.
