- (EL) Madame la Présidente, puisque le président du groupe et certains autres collègues sont intervenus sur mon intervention, je tiens à préciser que je m’exprimais exclusivement en mon nom et au nom des députés de mon parti, et ensuite que j’ai noté que, indépendamment de l’avis que chacun peut avoir sur la manière dont le président Milosevic et ses collaborateurs ont gouverné leur pays, il n’est pas possible d’accepter de telles pratiques, a fortiori lorsque la chambre haute et la chambre basse de ce pays ont refusé d’adopter un tel décret et que le pays n’a pas ratifié l’acte portant création du Tribunal international pour les crimes commis en Yougoslavie.
