Le règlement devra prévoir que tous les autres litiges entre parties privées non spécifiquement réservés pour la juridiction centralisée seront examinés par les tribunaux nationaux des Etats membres.
The Regulation will have to provide that all other disputes between private parties which do not specifically come under the jurisdiction of the centralised court are to be dealt with by the national courts of the Member States.
