Need to clarify certain legal issues and to technically review the Directive | Publication on the internet of a detailed guidance document clarifying aspects of the IPPC Directive based on an extensive exchange of views with Member States; guidance on the legal and technical limitations on capacity will remain valid under the revised Directive; several studies carried out to inform the review of the Directive.
