The Commission adopted today its annual revised Multi-annual Indicative Financial Framework for assistance under IPA, covering the period 2012-13.

Lorsque les pays participants sont prêts à passer à la mise en œuvre dans le cadre d'une gestion partagée conformément aux dispositions de l'article 98, paragraphe 1, ils présentent à la Commission un programme transfrontalier révisé, comprenant un plan de financement unique fondé sur le cadre financier indicatif pluriannuel établi pour les trois années suivantes ainsi qu'une description révisée des systèmes de gestion et de contrôle, accompagnée d'une nouvelle version du rapport et de l'avis, conformément aux dispositions de l'article 117.
1. When the participating countries are ready to switch to implementation through shared management in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 98, they shall submit to the Commission a revised cross-border programme which shall include a single financing plan based on the multi-annual indicative financial framework for the following three years, together with a revised description of the management and control systems accompanied by a revised report and opinion in accordance with Article 117.
