(51) Les parties ont également fait valoir que la Commission n'avait aucune preuve de ce que l'accord conclu entre elles restreignait effectivement la concurrence et qu'au contraire l'analyse des résultats passés des sociétés établies sur le marché britannique faisait apparaître une évolution des parts de marché inconciliable avec les effets préjudiciables à la concurrence reprochés à l'accord par la Commission dans sa communication des griefs.
(51) The parties have also submitted that the Commission has no proof of actual restrictions of competition resulting from the Exchange and that on the contrary an analysis of the past performance of companies on the United Kingdom market shows changes in market shares which are not reconcilable with the anticompetitive effects of the Exchange alleged by the Commission in the Statement of Objections.
