We believe that the port infrastructure should be split in three ways: The Holman's & Queen's wharf should become the responsibility of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans; the yacht club breakwall should become the property of the Summerside Yacht Club; and finally, the Transport Canada wharf and Indian Head breakwall should become the joint responsibility of the federal-provincial-municipal partnership.
