Mr. Bill Blaikie: If one of the problems we're trying to address is how to have less demand for us to be in two places at the same time, I'm wondering—and I guess I'm asking the clerk this—whether there isn't a way, perhaps by proscribing, prohibiting, or whatever, committees from meeting at certain other times during the day, by sort of forcing them to meet in the evenings.
