Monsieur le Président, soit nous nous dotons de règles qui permettent le libre développement de cette activité, sans exagération réglementaire bien sûr, soit nous laissons tout en l’état et nous nous soumettons, dans une société ouverte et informée comme la nôtre, à toutes les attaques bien ou mal intentionnées concernant ce secteur, qui visent à détruire le contexte concurrentiel dans lequel il doit fonctionner.
