7. Toute déclaration faite à l’égard d’un produit ou service optionnel fourni de façon continue, autre que celle fournie à l’égard d’une convention de crédit, doit préciser que la personne peut annuler le produit ou service optionnel en donnant à l’institution un avis dans lequel elle précise que l’annulation prend effet le dernier jour du cycle de facturation en cours, mais au plus tard trente jours après la réception de l’avis et que, sur réception de celui-ci, l’institution doit sans délai la rembourser ou la créditer de la somme qui correspond aux frais payés par elle à l’égard de la partie du produit ou service optionnel inutilisée à la date de l’annulation, laquelle somme est calculée conformément à la formule prévue à l’article 9.
7. Any disclosure statement made in relation to an optional product or service that is provided on an ongoing basis, other than one provided in relation to a credit agreement, must specify that the person may cancel the product or service by notifying the institution that it is to be cancelled, that the cancellation will be effective as of the last day of the billing cycle or 30 days after the notification is received, whichever is earlier, and that on receipt of the notice, the institution must, without delay, refund or credit the person with the amount of any charges paid by the person for any part of the product or service that is unused as of the day the cancellation takes effect, to be calculated in accordance with the formula set out in section 9.

(iv) the veterinary prescription pursuant to which the feed is manufactured contains a statement, signed by the person for whom the prescription was issued, indicating that he has read and understands the feeding instructions or directions for use and the warning statements and caution statements set out on the prescription, except that no such statement is necessary in those cases where, for practical reasons, the veterinarian who issued the prescription issued it directly to the manufacturer of the feed and is satisfied that the person for whom the prescription was issued was adequately aware of the information set out on the prescription,
