Eu égard au jugement administratif, le Parlement européen, à la suite de la proclamation effectuée par le Bureau électoral national et de l'examen effectué par la commission juridique lors de sa réunion du 21 juin 2006, avait dûment validé le mandat parlementaire d'Achille Occhetto (séance plénière du 3 juillet 2006).

Having allowed appropriate time for an administrative decision to be taken, the European Parliament - acting on the basis of the declaration made by the National Electoral Office and of the examination of the matter carried out by the Committee on Legal Affairs at its meeting of 21 June 2006 - duly validated Mr Achille Occhetto's parliamentary mandate (plenary sitting of 3 July 2006).
