The European Commission has approved the creation of a joint venture in the airline catering sector, by which Arlington Services Holding Co (Arlington) controlled by Onex Food Services Inc (OFS) and Lufthansa Service Holding AG (LSG) will acqire joint control of "European Kitchens".
