The minister has stated that the department needs to make today's extraordinary efforts tomorrow's routine and fundamentally change its day-to-day approach to the delivery of grants and contributions. Can the honourable minister assure this house that he will make those extraordinary new practices the routine when fulfilling his new function at ACOA?
