Je le sais car j’étais là en cour d’appel dans l’affaire Andrew Symeou lorsque deux lords juristes chevronnés n’ont pas pu empêcher l’extradition de M. Symeou, même s’il était évident pour tous les présents que les preuves étaient soit inexistantes soit créées de toutes pièces par la police.
I know because I sat in the appeal court in the case of Andrew Symeou when two Senior Law Lords were unable to prevent the extradition of Mr Symeou, even though it was obvious to everybody in the court that the evidence was either non-existent or fabricated by the police.
