La décision adoptée sous la forme de la position commune ainsi amendée sera présentée à la signature des présidents du Parlement européen et du Conseil et entrera en vigueur le vingtième jour suivant celui de sa publication au Journal officiel; elle sera applicable à partir du 1 janvier 2005.
The Decision, adopted in the form of the Common Position thus amended, will be submitted for signature to the Presidents of both the European Parliament and the Council, and will come into force on the 20th day of its publication in the Official Journal; it will apply from 1 January 2005.
