La Commission européenne a autorisé Alcatel à acquérir en totalité la société française de satellites Alcatel Space, constituée précédemment en entreprise commune avec Alcatel.
The European Commission has approved the proposed acquisition by Alcatel of the whole of French satellites company Alcatel Space, previously a joint venture between Alcatel.
