Après une longue discussion sur l'objectif fondamental de transformation, commercialisation, distribution et transport (TCDT), qui n'a pas permis d'arriver à une formulation commune, l'approfondissement des différents volets de ce dossier s'est avéré impossible en l'absence de propositions de la Communauté sur le STABEX et le SYSMIN.
Following a lengthy discussion on the basic objective of processing, marketing, distribution and transport, which did not result in a jointly agreed solution, it proved impossible to enter into more detailed discussion of the various aspects of this dossier in the absence of Community proposals concerning Stabex and Sysmin.
