(5) Si, dans les huit années précédant la date de l’entrée en vigueur du présent règlement, le propriétaire ou l’exploitant a procédé à une inspection des réservoirs verticaux hors sol ne possédant pas de confinement secondaire conformément à la norme API 653 intitulée Tank Inspection, Repair, Alteration, and Reconstruction, dans sa version au moment de l’inspection, il procède à une nouvelle inspection conformément au paragraphe (2), au moins tous les dix ans après la date où cette inspection a été effectuée.
(5) If, within eight years before the day on which these Regulations come into force, the owner or operator has inspected the vertical aboveground tanks without secondary containment in accordance with the version of API Standard 653, Tank Inspection, Repair, Alteration, and Reconstruction that existed at the time of the inspection, they must perform a new inspection in accordance with subsection (2) at least every ten years after the day on which that inspection was performed.
