Définition: Catégorie résiduelle de troubles, dans lesquels il existe à la fois des signes d'un trouble spécifique du développement, de la parole et du langage, des acquisitions scolaires et des fonctions motrices, mais sans qu'aucun de ces éléments ne prédomine suffisamment pour constituer le diagnostic principal. Cette catégorie, mixte, doit être réservée à des cas où il existe un chevauchement important de chacun de ces troubles spécifiques du développement. Ces troubles s'accompagnent habituellement, mais pas toujours, d'un certain degré d'altération des fonctions cognitives. Cette catégorie doit ainsi être utilisée pour des perturbations répondant aux critères d'au moins deux des catégories F80.-, F81.- et F82.
Definition: A residual category for disorders in which there is some admixture of specific developmental disorders of speech and language, of scholastic skills, and of motor function, but in which none predominates sufficiently to constitute the prime diagnosis. This mixed category should be used only when there is a major overlap between each of these specific developmental disorders. The disorders are usually, but not always, associated with some degree of general impairment of cognitive functions. Thus, the category should be used when there are dysfunctions meeting the criteria for two or more of F80.-, F81.- and F82.

Définition: Les caractéristiques essentielles de ce trouble sont des attaques récurrentes d'anxiété sévère (attaques de panique), ne survenant pas exclusivement dans une situation particulière ou dans des circonstances déterminées, et dont la survenue est, de ce fait, imprévisible. Definition: The essential feature is recurrent attacks of severe anxiety (panic), which are not restricted to any particular situation or set of circumstances and are therefore unpredictable. As with other anxiety disorders, the dominant symptoms include sudden onset of palpitations, chest pain, choking sensations, dizziness, and feelings of unreality (depersonalization or derealization). There is often also a secondary fear of dying, losing control, or going mad. Considers that the Commission has so far failed to act in accordance with its duties as guardian of the Treaties and with the Union’s common interests and values; deplores the fact that by not considering or responding adequately to Parliament’s concerns repeatedly expressed by the majority of its Members, the Commission undermines the principle of mutual sincere cooperation between the institutions laid down in Article 13(2) TEU; takes note of the Commission’s decision of 14 July 2015 to suspend several contracts across eight EU funding programmes owing to the use of an excessively restrictive selection criterion in public procurement procedures in Hungary; calls on the Commission to continue all investigations and to use all existing legislative tools to their full extent, to ensure the transparent and proper use of EU funds in Hungary on the basis of EU law;
