IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Tout en soutenant pleinement le principe du salaire minimum national, la Commission estime que l'application de la législation autrichienne à toutes les opérations de transport international comportant un chargement et/ou déchargement effectué sur le territoire autrichien constitue une restriction disproportionnée à la libre prestation de services ainsi qu'à la libre circulation des marchandises.
