TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Conformément à l’article 15, paragraphe 2, et paragraphe 3, première phrase, les États membres peuvent accorder à tout moment un titre de séjour autonome aux enfants majeurs et aux ascendants au premier degré visés à l’article 4, paragraphe 2, et, sur demande, à toute personne entrée au titre du regroupement familial en cas de veuvage, de divorce, de séparation ou de décès d’ascendants ou de descendants au premier degré.
