9. invite le Service européen pour l'action extérieure, par l'intermédiaire de la délégation de l'Union au Caire, et les États membres, notamment l'Irlande, à suivre toutes les audiences du procès d'Ibrahim Halawa et de ses coaccusés; attend du SEAE qu'il évoque cette affaire au plus haut niveau de son dialogue avec l'Égypte et qu'il fasse régulièrement rapport au Parlement sur le suivi du procès; invite les autorités irlandaises, ainsi que la délégation de l'Union, à continuer d'apporter tout leur soutien juridique, consulaire et autre à Ibrahim Halawa et à sa famille et à lui rendre visite régulièrement en prison; invite les autorités égyptiennes, compte tenu de la citoyenneté européenne d'Ibrahim Halawa, à continuer de faciliter l'accès aux services consulaires du gouvernement irlandais;

Calls on the European External Action Service, via the EU Delegation in Cairo, and the Member States, notably Ireland, to monitor all hearings in the trial of Ibrahim Halawa and his co-defendants; expects the EEAS to raise this case at the highest level of its dialogue with Egypt and to report back regularly to Parliament on the trial monitoring; calls on the Irish authorities to continue providing their full legal, consular and other forms of support to Ibrahim Halawa and his relatives, and to visit him regularly in prison, as well as the EU Delegation; calls on the Egyptian authorities, in regard to Ibrahim Halawa’s European citizenship, to continue to facilitate consular access for the Irish Government;
