Il convient de prévoir que les fiches de données de sécurité concernant les substances et contenant des informations sur la classification et l’étiquetage conformément au règlement (CE) no 1272/2008 doivent également, avant le 1er juin 2015, contenir des informations sur la classification conformément à la directive 67/548/CEE, afin de permettre aux fournisseurs de mélanges qui ne font pas usage de la possibilité d’appliquer avant cette date tant la classification que l’étiquetage répondant au règlement (CE) no 1272/2008, de classer et d’étiqueter correctement les mélanges concernés.
Safety data sheets for substances providing classification and labelling information in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 should, before 1 June 2015, be required to provide classification information in accordance with Directive 67/548/EEC as well, in order to allow suppliers of mixtures not relying on the possibility to apply both the classification and the labelling in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 earlier, to classify and label those mixtures correctly.
