- Verordening van de Commissie tot wijziging van bijlage IV bij Verordening (EG) nr. 396/2005 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad wat betreft Cydia pomonella Granulovirus (CpGV), calciumcarbide, kaliumjodide, natriumwaterstofcarbonaat, rescalure en de stammen ATCC 74040 en GHA van Beauveria bassiana in of op bepaalde producten (D042746/02 – 2016/2505(RPS) ) - termijn: 9 maart 2016) verwezen naar ten principale: ENVI

In accordance with Article 13(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 in conjunction with Article 6 thereof and in the light of current scientific and technical knowledge, it is necessary to amend the conditions of approval of potassium hydrogen carbonate.
Overeenkomstig artikel 13, lid 2, van Verordening (EG) nr. 1107/2009 in samenhang met artikel 6 en in het licht van de huidige wetenschappelijke en technische kennis moeten de goedkeuringsvoorwaarden voor kaliumwaterstofcarbonaat worden gewijzigd.

It is confirmed that the active substance potassium hydrogen carbonate is to be deemed to have been approved under Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009.
Bevestigd wordt dat de werkzame stof kaliumwaterstofcarbonaat geacht moet worden te zijn goedgekeurd krachtens Verordening (EG) nr. 1107/2009.

The draft review report and the view of the Authority were reviewed by the Member States and the Commission within the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health and finalised on 13 July 2012 in the format of the Commission review report for potassium hydrogen carbonate.
Het ontwerpevaluatieverslag en het standpunt van de EFSA zijn door de lidstaten en de Commissie in het kader van het Permanent Comité voor de voedselketen en de diergezondheid onderzocht en op 13 juli 2012 afgerond in de vorm van het evaluatieverslag van de Commissie voor kaliumwaterstofcarbonaat.

The active substance potassium hydrogen carbonate was included in Annex I to Council Directive 91/414/EEC (2) by Commission Directive 2008/127/EC (3) in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 24b of Commission Regulation (EC) No 2229/2004 of 3 December 2004 laying down further detailed rules for the implementation of the fourth stage of the programme of work referred to in Article 8(2) of Council Directive 91/414/EEC (4).
De werkzame stof kaliumwaterstofcarbonaat is in bijlage I bij Richtlijn 91/414/EEG van de Raad (2) opgenomen bij Richtlijn 2008/127/EG van de Commissie (3) volgens de procedure van artikel 24 ter van Verordening (EG) nr. 2229/2004 van de Commissie van 3 december 2004 houdende nadere bepalingen voor de uitvoering van de vierde fase van het werkprogramma als bedoeld in artikel 8, lid 2, van Richtlijn 91/414/EEG van de Raad (4).

In accordance with Article 25a of Regulation (EC) No 2229/2004, the European Food Safety Authority, hereinafter ‘the Authority’, presented to the Commission its view on the draft review report for potassium hydrogen carbonate (6) on 16 December 2011.
Overeenkomstig artikel 25 bis van Verordening (EG) nr. 2229/2004 heeft de Europese Autoriteit voor voedselveiligheid (EFSA) op 16 december 2011 haar standpunt over het ontwerpevaluatieverslag voor kaliumwaterstofcarbonaat (6) aan de Commissie voorgelegd.
