Takes note of the Commission’s proposals for the legislative package of regulations on 2014-2020 Cohesion Policy; advocates making priority investment in energy efficiency and in the use of renewables in social and affordable housing, as well as integrated projects for sustainable urban and territorial development, equal access to housing for marginalised communities, and the promotion of social and solidarity stakeholders such as not-for-profit housing cooperatives, enterprises, eligible for Structural and Cohesion Funds support;

Until 31 December 2006, the competent authorities of the Member State may also authorise their credit institutions to apply a 50 % risk weighting to the part of the loans fully and completely secured to their satisfaction by shares in Finnish housing companies operating in accordance with the Finnish Housing Company Act of 1991 or subsequent equivalent legislation, provided that the conditions laid down in this paragraph are fulfilled.
Tot en met 31 december 2006 kunnen de bevoegde autoriteiten van de lidstaten hun kredietinstellingen tevens toestaan een wegingsfactor van 50 % toe te passen op het gedeelte van leningen dat ten genoegen van deze autoriteiten geheel en volledig gedekt is door aandelen in Finse huisvestingsmaatschappijen die onder de Finse huisvestingswet van 1991 of soortgelijke wetgeving van latere datum vallen, mits aan de in dit lid gestelde voorwaarden is voldaan.
