TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

1. Notes that this resolution is concerned with TCAs; notes that TCAs are concluded between European trade union federations, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, individual companies and/or employers’ federations, generally at sectoral level, and that the resolution does not concern international framework agreements (IFAs) signed by international trade union federations with undertakings; highlights the need to strengthen European and transnational social dialogue and cross-border collective bargaining;
1. wijst erop dat deze resolutie betrekking heeft op Europese transnationale bedrijfsovereenkomsten (TCA's); wijst erop dat TCA’s afgesloten worden tussen enerzijds Europese vakbondsfederaties, en anderzijds afzonderlijke bedrijven en/of werkgeversorganisaties, in de regel per bedrijfstak, en stelt vast dat de resolutie geen betrekking heeft op internationale kaderovereenkomsten die door internationale vakbondsfederaties en met ondernemingen ondertekend worden; onderstreept de noodzaak om de Europese en transnationale sociale dialoog en grensoverschrijdende collectieve onderhandelingen te versterken;

7. Considers that European works councils should be fully involved in the negotiations with European trade union federations where applicable, notably since they are able to detect the need/opportunity for a TCA, initiate the process and pave the way for negotiations, and help in ensuring the transparency and dissemination of information concerning the agreements to the workers involved; welcomes the fact that some European trade union federations have designed procedural rules for involving European works councils;
7. is van oordeel dat Europese ondernemingsraden waar van toepassing volledig moeten worden betrokken bij de onderhandelingen met Europese vakbondsfederaties, met name omdat zij in staat zijn te herkennen wanneer een TCA nodig of mogelijk is, het proces te starten en de weg te effenen voor onderhandelingen, en bij te dragen aan transparantie van informatie betreffende de overeenkomsten en aan verspreiding hiervan onder de betrokken werknemers; is ingenomen met het feit dat enkele Europese vakbondsfederaties procedureregels hebben vastgesteld om Europese ondernemingsraden bij de onderhandelingen te betrekken;
