3. Agrees with the Commission that the main atmospheric emissions to be addressed in such a strategy are sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, volatile organic compounds, particulates, carbon dioxide and halon; however, suggests that the Commission also consider including polycyclic aromatics (such as PAH) and heavy metals (e.g. Nickel and Vanadium)(section 1.1);
3. is met de Commissie van mening dat de belangrijkste atmosferische emissies die in deze strategie moeten worden behandeld zwaveldioxide, stikstofdioxide, vluchtige organische stoffen, vaste deeltjes, koolstofdioxide en halon zijn, maar zou graag zien dat de Commissie ook zou overwegen polycyclische aromatische stoffen (zoals PAH) en zware metalen (bijv. nikkel en vanadium) onder de door deze strategie te bestrijken emissies op te nemen; (punt 1.1)
