In taking its decision the Commision has veryfied that the regime fulfilled the conditions defined for the compatibilty of quasi- fiscal charge regimes, in particular: the exdivision of individual aid to undertakings, the abolition of the charge on imported products, and the exclusion of assistance for intra EEA exports.
Bij het nemen van haar besluit heeft de Commissie nagegaan dat de regeling voldeed aan de voorwaarden voor de verenigbaarheid van parafiscale heffingsregelingen, met name: het niet-verlenen van individuele steun aan ondernemingen, de afschaffing van de heffing op ingevoerde produkten, en de uitsluiting van uitvoer binnen de EER van de steun.
