Whereas Council Directive 78/664/EEC (1) makes provision, for economic and technicological reasons, for Member States to retain their existing national arrangements concerning specific criteria of purity concerning DL-tartaric acid and salts thereof, hydrolyzed lecithins and the aldehyde content of propylene glycol;
Overwegende dat in Richtlijn 78/664/EEG (1) is bepaald dat de Lid-Staten om rekening te houden met de economische of technologische eisen de geldende nationale bepalingen inzake bijzondere zuiverheidseisen voor DL-wijnsteenzuur en zijn zouten, gehydrolyseerde lecithinen en het aldehydegehalte van propyleenglycol kunnen handhaven;
