The dialogue shall cover in particular questions relating to social problems of post-industrial societies, such as unemployment, rehabilitation of disabled people, equal treatment for men and women, labour relations, vocational training, work safety and hygiene, etc.

In addition to the above mentioned activities, training and awareness-raising schemes have been organised, notably in the form of a helpdesk (via telephone, e-mail or post) to clarify questions from various sectors of society (industry, students, private individuals) on the widest variety of issues relating to waste, including the waste oils stream; participation in the many activities organised in Portugal on waste (training courses, seminars, conferences and other events); participation, in response to requests from the widest variety of media, to raise awareness of waste issues and, in particular, of waste oils, amongst the general public.
Behalve de bovengenoemde activiteiten werden er opleidings- en voorlichtingsprogramma's georganiseerd, met name in de vorm van een helpdesk (via telefoon, e-mail of post) om vragen te beantwoorden uit verschillende sectoren van de maatschappij (industrie, studenten, particulieren) over de meest uiteenlopende onderwerpen op het gebied van afvalstoffen, waaronder de afvalstroom van afgewerkte olie; medewerking aan de vele activiteiten die in Portugal op het gebied van afvalstoffen worden georganiseerd (opleidingscursussen, seminars, conferenties en andere evenementen); medewerking op verzoek van de meest uiteenlopende media om het grote publiek voor te lichten over afvalproblemen en met name over afgewerkte olie.
