(21) All these factors, and in particular the exceptional price undercutting felt particularly in a period where the Community industry experiences substantial difficulties, led the Commission to determine that the effects of the dumped imports of certain sanitary fixtures of porcelain or china originating in Czechoslovakia and Hungary, taken in isolation, have to be considered as constituting material injury to the Community industry concerned.
(21) Al deze factoren en in het bijzonder de buitengewone prijsonderbieding, des te sterker gevoeld in een periode waarin de communautaire bedrijfstak ernstige moeilijkheden ondervindt, hebben de Commissie tot de slotsom gebracht dat de gevolgen van de invoer met dumping van bepaalde sanitaire artikelen van porselein, van oorsprong uit Tsjechoslowakije en Hongarije, op zich moeten worden beschouwd als aanmerkelijke schade voor de betrokken bedrijfstak van de Gemeenschap.
