IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Having regard to Decision ESRB/2011/1 of the European Systemic Risk Board of 20 January 2011 adopting the Rules of Procedure of the European Systemic Risk Board (2), and in particular Article 15(3)(e) and Articles 18 to 20 thereof,
Gelet op Besluit ESRB/2011/1 van het Europees Comité voor systeemrisico's van 20 januari 2011 houdende goedkeuring van het reglement van orde van het Europees Comité voor systeemrisico's (2), inzonderheid op artikel 15, lid 3, onder e), en artikel 18 tot en met 20,

2. For the purpose of Union-wide stress tests the ESA may, through the Joint Committee and in cooperation with the European Systemic Risk Board, established by Regulation (EU) No 1092/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 on the European Union macro-prudential oversight of the financial system and establishing a European Systemic Risk Board , develop supplementary parameters that capture the specific risks associated with financial conglomerates, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010, Regulation (EU) No 1094/2010 and Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010.
2. Met het oog op EU-wijde stresstests kunnen de ESA, via het Gemengd Comité en in samenwerking met de Europees Comité voor systeemrisico’s, opgericht bij Verordening (EU) nr. 1092/2010 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 24 november 2010 betreffende macroprudentieel toezicht van de Europese Unie op het financiële stelsel en tot oprichting van een Europees Comité voor systeemrisico’s , aanvullende parameters ontwikkelen die de specifieke risico’s kunnen identificeren, die aan financiële conglomeraten zijn verbonden, in overeenstemming met de Verordening (EU) nr. 1093/2010, Verordening (EU) nr. 1094/2010 en Verordening (EU) nr. 1095/2010.

‘As regards requests for access to European Systemic Risk Board documents, Decision ESRB/2011/5 of the European Systemic Risk Board of 3 June 2011 on public access to European Systemic Risk Board documents (4), adopted on the basis of Article 7 of Council Regulation (EU) No 1096/2010 of 17 November 2010 conferring specific tasks upon the European Central Bank concerning the functioning of the European Systemic Risk Board (5), shall apply.
„Op verzoeken voor toegang tot documenten van het Europees Comité voor systeemrisico's is Besluit ESRB/2011/5 van het Europees Comité voor systeemrisico's van 3 juni 2011 inzake toegang van het publiek tot documenten van het Europees Comité voor systeemrisico's (4), vastgesteld op basis van artikel 7 van Verordening (EU) nr. 1096/2010 van de Raad van 17 november 2010 tot toewijzing aan de Europese Centrale Bank van specifieke taken betreffende de werking van het Europees Comité voor systeemrisico's (5), van toepassing.

For the purpose of Union-wide stress tests the ESA may, through the Joint Committee and in cooperation with the European Systemic Risk Board, established by Regulation (EU) No 1092/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 on the European Union macro-prudential oversight of the financial system and establishing a European Systemic Risk Board (34), develop supplementary parameters that capture the specific risks associated with financial conglomerates, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010, Regulation (EU) No 1094/2010 and Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010.

‘Competent authorities shall ensure that all information received under the third paragraph aggregated in respect of all the management or investment companies they supervise is accessible to ESMA in accordance with Article 35 of the Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010, and the European Systemic Risk Board (the “ESRB”) established by Regulation (EU) No 1092/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 on European Union macro-prudential oversight of the financial system and establishing a European Systemic Risk Board in accordance with Article 15 of that Regulation for the purpose of monitoring systemic risks at Union level.
„De nationale bevoegde autoriteiten zorgen ervoor dat alle ingevolge lid 3 ontvangen informatie betreffende alle beheermaatschappijen en beleggingsondernemingen waarop zij toezicht houden, in geaggregeerde vorm kan worden ingezien door de ESMA overeenkomstig artikel 35 van Verordening (EU) nr. 1095/2010, en door de Europese Raad voor systeemrisico’s (European Systemic Risk Board — „ESRB”), opgericht door Verordening (EU) nr. 1092/2010 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 24 november 2010 betreffende macroprudentieel toezicht van de Europese Unie op het financiële stelsel en tot oprichting van een Europees Comité voor systeemrisico’s overeenkomstig artikel 15 van die Verordening, zulks ten behoeve van het toezicht op systeemrisico’s op Unieniveau..

The President and Vice-President of the European Central Bank (ECB) shall be Members of the General Board of the European Systemic Risk Board (ESRB) as set up by Regulation (EU) No 1092/2010.

‘The competent authorities may also exchange with the following authorities such information as may be needed for the performance of their respective tasks, regarding regulated entities in a financial conglomerate, in line with the provisions laid down in the sectoral rules: central banks, the European System of Central Banks, the European Central Bank and the European Systemic Risk Board in accordance with Article 15 of Regulation (EU) No 1092/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 on European Union macro-prudential oversight of the financial system and establishing a European Systemic Risk Board (23).
